How I got here
I've spent my career building startups, new products and services, until I realised I was sitting right at the intersection of product strategy and customer experience. That's when I started working with Myer, Telstra Health, Flybuys and Origin Energy, to find out why customers leave and build the systems that fix it.
I've built and shipped products for startups through to Fortune 500, and spent much of that time mentoring designers and trying to give the community better tools and frameworks to grow faster.
UXDesigned is the practice that grew out of all of it. I advise four or five leadership teams at a time, and my team delivers the sprints. Everyone else can start with the books and workshops.
