How I got here

I've spent my career building startups, new products and services, until I realised I was right at the intersection of product strategy and customer experience. That's when I started working with brands like Telstra, Myer, Flybuys, and Versent to diagnose why customers churn and build the systems that fix it.

I've built and shipped products for startups through to Fortune 500, and spent much of that time mentoring designers and trying to give the community better tools and frameworks to grow faster.

UXDesigned is the practice that grew out of all of it: executive-layer product experience advisory for growth-stage companies that have outgrown founder-led design but can't yet justify a $280K full-time hire.
